2 starts for 2 wins ! Unbeaten filly Booming Bianca scores an impressive metro win first-up for Edmonds McLean Racing (23rd April) at Doomben with a terrific ride by Kyle Wilson Taylor. READY TO SCHIPP SAILS TO VICTORY !
Ready to Schipp recorded an important metropolitan win to her name with the rescheduled race from the previous Saturday (due to meeting being abandoned) over to Wednesday 16th April at Doomben, pocketing over $97,000 for her connections with the added QTIS prize money !A beautifully executed ride from a good barrier saw Kyle Wilson Taylor settle a lot closer in running than usual, and they were right within striking distance upon straightening on the heavy track. A peach of a ride from Kyle and an outstanding training performance from Toby Edmonds and Stephen McLean. Our lovely 3yo Hellbent filly Empusa has broken through for a well deserved win at Hawkesbury on 5th April. TOESONTHENOSE WINS AT THE GoLD COAST !
Toesonthenose wins his seventh career race and first in Queensland with a gutsy win at the Gold Coast (23rd March) with Jace McMurray on board.He had been knocking on the door following two placings in town, and the drop back to Provincial did the trick. He is so loved and has been a terrific racehorse for his devoted ownership group. Looking to step him up to 1600m next start. "Toes" has thrived under Jack Bruce who has done such an incredible job with him as he heads into his twilight years of racing.Mar 23, 2025

Tulloch Lodge will consider setting The Playwright on the same path Lady Of Camelot blazed 12 months ago after the filly emulated her Golden Slipper winning stablemate by claiming the Hidden Stakes Lady Of Camelot took out the fillies’ feature last year before going on to beat all but Haysugi in the Group 1 Blue Diamond Stakes (1200m) in Melbourne. It was an incredible night at the Gold Coast Magic Millions meeting for the owners of 2yr old filly The Playwright. Our brave filly ran 4th in the Magic Millions 2 yo classic after having very little luck in the run, and she managed to win the MM Women in Racing bonus for her all-female ownership group. The filly was a $60,000 purchase at the 2024 Magic Millions Sales and has taken home $460,000 !Jan 26, 2025
