Toby started in his teens, learning his trade from renowned horsemen Neville Begg and Peter Snowden, based in
Scone. After previous stints on the Gold Coast and at Warwick Farm, he relocated permanently to his current Gold
Coast stables in 2011. Each year since, he has increased his number of winners while maintaining an industry-
leading strike rate.
