We’re delighted to present an outstanding new addition to the Tricolours Racing stable, a beautifully bred yearling filly by the sensational young sire Pinatubo (IRE), secured at the 2026 Inglis HTBA Yearling Sale.

Our filly is by Pinatubo (IRE), the unbeaten European Champion 2YO and one of the highest-rated juveniles in modern racing history. A son of Shamardal, Pinatubo has made an explosive start to his stud career, producing sharp, precocious types with class and turn-of-foot qualities that are already being seen on Australian tracks.

On the dam side, she’s out of Nothin’ On Me (NZ), a mare from a highly productive and proven family. Most notably, the dam is the half-sister to our exceptional race mare Gin Martini, who delivered a stellar racing career under the guidance of John Sargent. This makes our filly a direct “niece” of Gin Martini which is an exciting genetic link to a mare we know intimately and have already seen succeed at a high level.

This is a family that produces tough, talented racehorses with longevity and performance.

The filly will be trained by John Sargent at Randwick, renowned for his patience, horsemanship, and incredible success with fillies. John has already had success with this sire, recently winning the $200,000 Inglis Challenge in early May with a 2yo Pinatubo filly.
